Wizard Plumbing and Drain

Wizard Plumbing sent a plumber to our home within one hour after we called them. They communicated well with us and even sent a photo of the plumber they were sending. The plumber was Francisco. He was very professional, knew exactly what was needed, to be done and although the quote was nothing close to what we expected to pay, we were happy to get the work done. Very much happy with the work and highly recommend Wizard Plumbing.

Ammar from Wizard plumbing came out same day to fix me emergency. I would not have been able to open my business the next day without his help. He had to perform a major hydrojetter procedure on my plumbing. Everything works great now. I will call Wizard Plumbing again if needed.

Our technician Jonathan provided great service when we had a kitchen sink leak and backup. He was on time and communicated the work he was doing and his diagnosis of the problem throughout the job and stayed to fix the problem until everything was resolved. When we had to make decisions he communicated our options clearly and he made sure everything was cleaned up when he was done! I highly recommend Wizard and Jonathan’s work!

I called around 2:30 pm and they were here promptly around 4:10pm. They were able to unclog my kitchen sink and they cleaned up after themselves and also made sure that everything was sealed up properly and promptly. They gave me a great deal. We'll definitely call them again if needed.

I would recommend Wizard Plumbing & Drain for any plumbing need, I found the technicians to be very knowledgeable and respectful coming into my home. Jonathan Fajardo was kind and helpful for our needs. He spent time explaining what was needed and provided different options . Jonathan was thorough and cleaned up afterwards. I have to admit, Wizard Plumbing and Drain services was a very pleasant experience and supassed my expectations. I usually dread calling up any home emergency service and expect to be at the mercy of limited schedules and expect to work my schedule around them. My experience here was quite the opposite. I unexpectedly ran into a shower leak problem late night Sunday and it caused water leaks all evening and I had to work the following morning. Expecting the worst, I did some research of Plumbing companies near my area. At 8am in the morning on Monday I started calling to find someone who can help. I actually called another highly rated Plumbing company first and they said the earliest time they can get to me was the following day Tuesday. Not wanting to hear leaking all night again and having the leak go another 24 hrs, I called Wizard next and explained my situation. They were able to schedule someone to come over on the same Monday morning! Kevin Gonzales arrived and assessed the situation and was able to help repair the leak (it was an old cartridge that needed to be replaced). He was so patient with me and answered and explained all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). He even explained to me how the leak happened and how the shower system worked (now I know more about plumbing beyond just the shower!). It felt like he really wanted to help and took the time to make sure he addressed all of my questions. I really appreciate his help (and advice). If I run into another Plumbing problem in the future I'm definitely going to go to Wizard directly! Thanks guys!

I called Wizard plumbing to unclog my bathroom sink drain. Jonathan was prompt on time, took care of the drain quickly, and replaced a broken fixture in my drain at no cost. He also made sure he kept everything clean and didn’t make my bathroom a mess. Would definitely call back in the future.

They've been great! From the start of calling their office, who are very welcoming, right up to the work being done! Ignacio and Max were great! They did not let the tenants have issues with the sewer back up. Great job team!
